Dealer Terms

These conditions apply to professional sellers (dealerships, car showrooms, resellers) who use VendiVoce, operated by Heterna Company Ltd. (Business Registration Number 78167200, Hong Kong), to publish vehicle listings. They supplement the general Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
1. Professional account
To publish as a professional, you must provide truthful information about your business. VendiVoce may request verification of the seller's professional nature.
2. Dealer obligations
- Publish only vehicles that are actually available and that you own or have a mandate to sell.
- Provide accurate, complete and non-misleading information (year, mileage, condition, price).
- Comply with consumer-protection regulations, including the information obligations and the legal guarantee of conformity required of professional sellers.
- Do not publish unlawful or duplicate content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
3. Responsibility to consumers
The dealer remains solely responsible to the buyer for the sale, the information provided, the legal guarantees and the performance of the contract. VendiVoce is merely a technical intermediary and is not a party to the sale.
4. Public contacts and data
The contact details entered in listings are publicly visible to allow potential buyers to contact the dealer. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Commercial communications
By registering through the dedicated form, you consent to receiving communications from VendiVoce relating to the service. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
6. Suspension
VendiVoce may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these conditions, the general Terms, or the law.

These conditions may be updated; the current version is always available on this page.
