For any matter relating to your data, you can write to privacy@vendivoce.it.

• Account data: email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Listing contact data: the email, phone number and city you enter so that interested buyers can contact you.
• Content you publish: the listing text, vehicle photos and videos, and any voice/video recording used to generate the listing.
• Technical and usage data: anonymous browsing data for statistical purposes.

Important: the contact details (email and phone) you enter in a listing are publicly visible to site users, because they are used so interested buyers can reach you. Only enter them if you accept that they will be public.

• Creating and managing your account and listings — Performance of the requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Publishing your contact details so you can be contacted — Consent / your request (Art. 6(1)(a) / 6(1)(b)).
• Automatic generation of the listing from voice/video — Performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Site usage statistics — Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Newsletter to registered dealers — Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

To provide the service we rely on external providers ("data processors"), some of which are located outside the EU. In such cases, transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

• Vercel Inc. — Site hosting and photo/video storage — USA.
• Anthropic — Artificial intelligence that generates the listing from text/voice — USA.
• Resend — Sending transactional emails — USA.
• Database provider (Redis/Upstash) — Storage of listing and account data — EU/USA.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service. Listings and associated data are deleted when you remove the listing or your account. Data may be kept longer only where required by legal obligations.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to privacy@vendivoce.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (e.g. encrypted passwords, HTTPS connections).

The service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy; the updated version will always be available on this page, with the relevant date.
