VendiVoce is an online platform operated by Heterna Company Ltd. (Business Registration Number 78167200), with registered office at Unit 1601-2, 16/F, Prosperity Millenia Plaza, 663 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong. The platform lets users publish and browse vehicle sale listings (cars and motorcycles), including through automatic generation of the listing from a voice/video recording.

VendiVoce is only a technical intermediary: it connects sellers and buyers, but is not a party to the sale and does not own the vehicles.

We do not guarantee the truthfulness of listings, the quality or availability of vehicles, or the solvency or identity of users. Negotiation and any sale take place directly between users, under their sole responsibility.

• Provide truthful and accurate information about the vehicles you publish.
• Publish only vehicles you own or are authorised to sell.
• Do not publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not use the Service for fraudulent purposes or purposes prohibited by law.
• Be at least 18 years old.

The listing is generated automatically by artificial intelligence based on what you declare. You are responsible for checking and correcting the listing details before publication.

The content you upload (text, photos, videos) remains your responsibility; you grant VendiVoce the right to display it on the platform for the purpose of the service.

The contact details you enter in a listing (email, phone) are publicly visible to allow interested buyers to contact you. By entering them, you authorise their publication.

You can delete your listings at any time. We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

To the extent permitted by law, VendiVoce is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, from third-party listings, from transactions between users, or from any service interruptions. The Service is provided "as is".

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the Controller's registered office. This does not affect the application of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence.

Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides consumers with a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any complaint you can contact us at privacy@vendivoce.it.

Professional sellers (dealers) are also subject to the Dealer Terms.
